Returns & Exchanges

Tarma’s mission is to provide durable jewelry designs that help define your individualism and spirit for adventure. We package your orders by hand; sending good vibes and wishes for many memorable moments with every tuck, fold and clasp. When your order goes out for delivery, the entire team does a little happy dance. Our greatest hope is that you love your designs as much as we do! 


If you are not completely satisfied with your order or it doesn’t fit the way you imagined, we understand. Send your order back within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund, exchange or credit. We are incredibly nice and reasonable individuals here at Tarma Designs, so contact us if you ever have any questions! *Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your items back to Tarma.

Broken or Defective Parts

Tarma will repair or replace, at its discretion, any broken or defective parts for one year from date of purchase. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Tarma product back to the manufacturer.

Minor Modifications

We want our products to be exactly what you envisioned. For that reason, if you are happy with your Tarma jewelry but would like to make a small change, feel free to call or email us and we’ll see what we can do!


  1. Download and fill out the Return Form below. If you are unable to print this form, please include a note with your name, order number, phone number, SKU for item you’re returning, and reason for return.

  2. Send returned products with original packaging and return form via USPS, FedEx, or UPS to:

  3. Once we receive your package, we will process the return and notify you when your refund has been completed (usually within a week of receiving your package).
  4. Give yourself a pat on the back and go enjoy the great outdoors!


Want to exchange your purchase for something that’s a little more “you”? As long as the item you’re returning is in resellable condition and inside the original packaging within 30 days of the shipping date, it’s no problem!  *Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to Tarma. However, Tarma will ship the exchanged product at no cost to the customer via USPS 1st class mail.
