Returns & Exchanges
Tarma will refund or exchange any product purchased at www.tarmadesigns.com if returned in good condition within 30 days of purchase. The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and in presentable condition for resale. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Tarma. If exchanged for another product, Tarma will ship the exchanged product at no cost to the consumer via USPS 1st class mail.
Broken or Defective Parts
Tarma will repair or replace, at its discretion, any broken or defective parts for one year from date of purchase. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Tarma product back to the manufacturer.
Send your package via UPS, certified mail, FedEx or any trackable shipping method. We recommend that you insure your package against loss en route to Tarma. We cannot be responsible for packages until they arrive at our location. If we made an error on your order or an item is found defective, please call us at 1-855-473-5669 Monday - Friday 8am-4pm PST.

Download a Return Form and enclose the item(s) you wish to return. If you are unable to print this form, please include a note with your name, return address and a daytime phone number, what you are sending back, why you are sending it back, and if you would like to replace the item, have it repaired, or credit your account. Return Authorizations are not required for orders placed on www.tarmadesigns.com.

- We recommend you ship your item with a carrier that provides a tracking number as well as insurance. Tarma will not be held liable for products lost in transit.
- Turn around time for credits and replacements is 2-3 weeks if the item is in stock.
- Original items sent in for warranty replacement will not be returned.
- If we are not able to repair an item and you wish to have it sent back as is, please indicate this on a note.
