Tracking Your Order

Please provide your email address at checkout, and Tarma will send an email confirmation of your order once it has shipped. If you were logged into your account when your order was placed, a tracking number is available with your order information.

Domestic & International Ordering

Tarma's shipping rates are shown before you have to confirm the order. For international orders: If you don't see your country listed in the country's shipping list, please contact Tarma at contact@tarmadesigns.com for availability to ship to your country.

USPS First Class Mail

All packages shipped using USPS first-class mail are not insured by any amount either by tarma designs or by the United States Postal service. 

USPS Priority Mail 

All packages shipped using USPS Priority mail are insured up to $100 by the United States Postal service. In the event, a package is not delivered or is delivered damaged a claim must be filed with USPS by Tarma designs for the determined amount. All claims must abide by USPS insurance policy seen here.

Disclaimer 1 states: "In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee."

Free Shipping Promos

With any shipping promotions, Free Shipping is for domestic (Continental US) shipments only. If you need expedited shipping, it will be an additional charge. If your order is eligible for free shipping, you must be logged in. Be sure to check the Free Shipping box on the Shipping Method page during checkout. Free shipping is via USPS 1st Class mail unless otherwise noted.

EU & International Delivery Times Orders shipped to the European Union and other international destinations are sent via USPS First Class Package International or USPS Priority Mail International. Estimated delivery times are 10–21 business days from the date of shipment, depending on destination country and customs processing. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
